Balance Plus is the step up from the one-hour massage: ten more minutes and three elements that change the experience considerably. It opens with a relaxing or deep-tissue massage — your choice — continues with hot stones across the back, and closes with a back scrub and foot reflexology.
The hot stones do a good part of the work on their own: the heat opens the muscle before your therapist presses into it, so the pressure feels less abrupt and reaches deeper.

Frequently asked questions
Do the stones burn?
No. They're heated to a controlled temperature and your therapist always tests the contact before resting them on you. If they feel too hot for you, they come off straight away.
Does the scrub leave skin irritated?
It shouldn't. It's a gentle back scrub with a fine-grain product. If your skin is very sensitive or there's any lesion in the area, mention it beforehand.
Can I book it with more time?
Yes: Deep Balance 120 is the two-hour version, with warm compresses on top of the stones.
