What is TENS?
A device that applies gentle electrical impulses to the muscle through electrodes. It feels like tingling or vibration; you control the intensity.
Are there cases where it can't be used?
Yes. It isn't applied to people with a pacemaker, during pregnancy, with epilepsy, or over broken skin. Let us know beforehand and the session runs without that component.
Is it painful?
No. If you feel any discomfort, the intensity is lowered or it's removed.
